Drop off computer repair services (depot repairs) are available to all customers, new or established.

Compared to on-site or remote support, depot repairs are less expensive and do not require the inconvenience of a home visit. Depot repair is ideal for issues that might take more than one on-site visit or are too complex for a remote session.

I offer free estimates and diagnostics, and won’t start work without your approval. I will keep you updated on any delays that might exceed the 3-5 day average.
