Remote tech supportWhen it comes to getting your computer problems solved quickly and efficiently, remote tech support is the way to go. Available only to established customers, I can, with your permission, connect to your computer and work with you to fix whatever is wrong.
Remote support is not only fast and convenient, but also cost-effective. By eliminating the need for on-site visits, I can provide you with support billed by the 1/4 hour with no minimum — unlike on-site support which has a one hour minimum.
So, how does it work? It’s simple! Just call or email me (established customers have my email and cell phone number), or fill out the form below to schedule a support session. I’ll guide you through the process of connecting to my secure support platform, and we’ll go from there.

$125 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments with no minimum.
Weekdays before 5PM (emergencies only)
$150 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments with no minimum.
